Process Of Buying A Home Lift

1) Get in touch with us via phone or email and share your lift thoughts / plans / visions and what it is you are looking for. One of our lift experts will help guide you and if you have documents or plans you are welcome to send these over to us or should you need a meeting to discuss everything in person we are more than happy to come do so absolutely free with no obligation.

2) We will email / post our lift quotation to you based on our discussions

3) Once you are happy with everything contained within your Lift Quotation simply click the link on our quotation to accept our terms and conditions to place your order with us.

4) Once your order is received the office will then generate your 50% deposit invoice & upon receipt of this payment we will then set to work on your lift drawings that once ready we will share with you for approval

5) Our lift project manager will then arrange to come and meet with you to go over all the measurements and specification for your lift, they will also bring all relevant samples along with them for you to decide on choices & colours etc and advise on any enabling works that will be required.

6) Any revisions or changes will then be updated to reflect the choices made and once we have final approval from you via signing and returning our documents we will then place your lift into production with our factory.

7) Delivery times vary dependant on factory production schedule / product range but generally we say 8-10 weeks from drawing approval.

8) The office will then arrange with you a suitable installation date for your lift.

9) Once agreed our project manager will then visit 2-4 weeks prior to installation to make sure any enabling works have been completed satisfactorily as per their instructions prior to approval.

10) We will then write to you to advise if any further works are still required or if your site is satisfactory for us to begin. At this point we will send you our 45% payment invoice which will need to be received no later than 7 days prior to your agreed installation date.

11) Installation will take place on the date agreed with you. Time on site will vary dependant on number of floors served / product range but our project manager will advise on this prior to any works beginning.

12) Once completed our engineers will then show you how to use your lift fully and all controls associated with the lift and any safety features / tips you may need to know.

13) Upon satisfactory handover we will then invoice you for your final 5% balance and upon receipt will send out copies of your lift manuals for any future reference.

14) A member of our after-sales team will then contact you to make sure you were 100% happy with your customer experience and get feedback from you. At this point we will also discuss future servicing / maintenance agreements with you that you may wish to take out with us to keep your lift well maintained.
